Wilson is a wonderful result of a repeat breeding. He is a beautiful honey colour, has excellent bone and tail set. His movement is flawless…he never puts a foot out of place. As well, he has that lovely head that we are pleased with in all our dogs. Wilson has the happy go lucky “whatever” attitude that you expect from a lab and is a very well mannered man. He is a seasoned show dog having travelled across the country accumulating numerous wins to his credit. He has done us proud here at Madabout and we couldn’t be happier with what he has given us to date.
He was shown as a special in 2007 and made us very proud by finishing off as #1 Lab in Canada and #9 Sporting Dog. He is American Champion major pointed. After much consideration we once again showed Wilson as a special in 2008 and he did not let us down finishing the year off as #1 Lab. In 2009 with extremely limited showing Wilson continued his winning ways and finished #5 Labrador in Canada with a Best in Show and a Best in Specialty win.
Now semi-retired and living with Richard & Kathleen Jerrott, Wilson is enjoying life, playing and swimming and just having fun being a dog.
Wilson has sired some beautiful puppies to date and is producing his exceptional front, head and movement. He is available at stud to approved females.
